Outflows from spot Bitcoin and Ethereum exchange-traded funds accelerated on Tuesday, marking the 12th and 16th consecutive days of investor redemptions in the respective products. Bitcoin ETFs shed $519.19 million in a single session, while Ethereum products experienced $90.15 million in outflows, according to flow tracking data.
The sustained withdrawal pattern coincided with BlackRock transferring 6,005 Bitcoin—worth approximately $403.1 million at the time of transfer—to Coinbase Prime, a custody solution for institutional clients. The move signals continued institutional repositioning despite the broader redemption trend in spot crypto funds.
Other digital assets showed mixed flows, with Solana (SOL) recording inflows of $6.5 million and Dogecoin (DOGE) attracting $622,360, while major assets including XRP, Chainlink (LINK), Hedera (HBAR), Litecoin (LTC), Avalanche (AVAX), Polkadot (DOT), and Binance Coin (BNB) registered flat flows.
