Kelp DAO has restored deposit and withdrawal functionality across mainnet and Layer 2 networks, with full support for its rsETH asset now operational following a previous service interruption. The restoration enables users to resume normal operations with the liquid restaking token.
Separately, Aave has recovered WETH loan-to-value (LTV) parameters across all affected networks, allowing borrowers to resume taking loans collateralized by WETH. The protocol has also reactivated supply and debt swap functions for the asset, restoring full lending functionality that had been constrained.
Both developments represent critical infrastructure recovery for the decentralized finance ecosystem. Kelp DAO's rsETH is a key liquid restaking derivative, while WETH remains one of Aave's largest collateral pools. The sequential restoration of these core functions suggests resolution of underlying technical issues affecting multiple protocols and networks.
